Hi, and welcome to Schipperke-H. You have probably already received an email that described the list policies, but I wanted to discuss specifics about this list. To post to the list, send the email to Schipperke-H@h19.hoflin.com All emails from this list will have [Schip Pet] before the subject so it will be easy for the subscriber to recognize it as being from the Schipperke-H email list. If you are new to email lists, you might want to check out this page about netiquette, it's helpful for newbies :-) http://www.albion.com/netiquette/corerules.html I created this list so that Schipperke owners would have a forum to discuss issues and subjects relating to owning a Schipperke as a pet. This in *no way* means that breeders cannot join the list. It just means that topics about breeding and showing are not ones that are to be discussed on this list. Any and all other topics about Schipperkes are definitely welcome here, including, but not limited to: Schip traits, health related topics and concerns, Schip rescue information, behavior problems, the funny thing your Schip did when you got home today =), and basically anything that is related to owning a Schipperke as a pet! Just an FYI, this list has a lot of mail...if this is problamatic for you, you might consider switching to the digest...or please email me with any questions you might have... Lastly, please send an introductory email to the list so we can meet you and get to know your Schip(s)! I look forward to your contributions to this list and am glad you decided to join.
